Private label means you select from our existing catalog and add branding. ODM works best when you want unique products without in-house designers.

    Ownership depends on your model choice. Exclusive ODM means you own designs exclusively and we never reproduce them for others (higher design fees). Non-exclusive ODM means we retain rights and can sell to non-competing markets (lower fees). Most clients choose exclusive for signature pieces and non-exclusive for trend-driven seasonal items.

    Design fees vary by collection size and exclusivity. Non-exclusive ODM costs $150-$300 per design (absorbed into product cost for orders of 1000+ pieces). Exclusive ODM costs $400-$800 per design (one-time fee, design ownership forever). Full collections often have package pricing with discounts. Design costs are typically recovered through better sell-through and higher margins.

    MOQs are typically 1000-1500 pieces per style for basic knitwear, 1000 pieces for complex styles like sweaters. You can spread orders across colorways (example: 1000 pieces = 400 black + 300 navy + 300 grey). Full collections usually start at 8,000-10,000 pieces total across 12-15 styles.

    Timeline: Design brief and strategy 5-7 days, design concept creation and presentation 10-14 days, design selection and revisions 7-10 days, first sample development 15-20 days, sample revisions and approval 10-15 days, bulk production 35-45 days, shipping 20-30 days (sea) or 5-7 days (air). Total: approximately 100-140 days from initial brief to delivered goods. Rush projects can be expedited at premium pricing.
