Smart Clothing Ltd has a fully-equipped in-house Sample Development Section, allowing us to create new styles quickly and meet buyers’ requirements with accurately.

New design development is very important for every retailer. For this reason customer need Photo. Salesman, Pre-production & Production sample, To give prompt support to our customers, We have expert sample team to develop any kinds of sample.

A wide variety of fabrics are stock, including popular choices like Cotton, 95/5, Organic Cotton, CVC, PC, French Terry, Fleece, Viscose, 1X1 Rib, and Polyester, as well as specialty fabrics like Coral Fabrics, Velvet, Modal. 

Our Sampling Team works closely with the Merchandising & Development Team to ensure speed, accuracy, and high-quality samples that meet buyer expectations.

We produce samples in just 3–5 working days (basic styles even faster). Send us your tech pack, measurements, and fabric details, and our in house Sample Section will handle the rest.

Buyers/Clients

Buyers/clients will share tech packs and size charts for quotation and sample development. After sample approval, the buyer will place the order.

Smart Clothing Ltd

After receiving the tech packs and size charts, the Merchandising team prepares a competitive price. Once approved by the buyer, it is sent to the Sample section for development.

Razia Apparels Ltd

After order confirmation, our manufacturing unit receives all approvals, follows the PP sample and Finally, we complete production within the agreed timeline and ensure smooth and successful shipment.

We have our own Merchandising team which is calculate the current & correct market price and finally provide to our honorable customers. We also have our own expert Sample maker which is make sample according to demand at our customers and developed within max 5 to 7 working days, for more shortly if its basic STYLES. We keep to our own Expert QA And Technician team, The QA and Technician always follows the required quality and Technical side and everyday inform the realistic situation to Top management.

Our MOQ is 500 pieces of each style/color. This threshold helps maintain efficient production and quality control processes. Significant order volumes do indeed result in cost savings, but it's crucial to note that adhering to the minimum quantity also plays a pivotal role in upholding our manufacturing standards and ensuring the maintenance of top-quality products.

Of course, you can request a quote for a specific product or style. Please provide us with the details tech pack of the style, including design specifications, size ratio, quantity breakdowns, and any additional requirements of trims & accessories. Yes, we provide both Fit and Pre-Production (PP) samples before commencing full-scale production. Fit samples ensure that the garment matches your desired specifications and fits as expected. Once approved, Pre-Production (PP) samples are prepared to confirm that the final product aligns with your requirements. These samples are essential steps in ensuring your complete satisfaction with the production process.

Quality control during production is a top priority for us. We implement robust measures, including random checks, inline, mid & pre final & Final Inspection to maintain high product standards. Our experienced and professional quality control team strictly adheres to procedures and conducts thorough inspections to ensure that every product meets our high-quality standards.

Yes, we provide regular updates on the production process. Our merchandising team always updated you on daily basis, ensuring you have visibility into each stage of production. Our commitment to transparency means you'll stay informed about the progress of your order.

We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate our clients' preferences. But payment options typically we prefer mostly banking letters of credit (At Sight LC) that is best secure and convenient methods also we accept 30% pre payment and balance 70% at BL sight.
